Lizzie Wallace is an assistant professor and coastal geologist/climate scientist at 91制片厂 specializing in coastal geomorphology and paleoclimate data-model comparison. She completed her B.S. in Civil Engineering and Philosophy at the University of Virginia, and her Ph.D. in Paleoceanography from MIT and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. She previously held postdoctoral fellowships at Rice University.

Research Interests

Lizzie鈥檚 research interests include developing long term records of coastal climate extremes (e.g., tropical cyclones, nor鈥檈asters) using sediment cores and global climate models (GCMs) and exploring the links between climate change (e.g., sea level rise, drought, rainfall) and coastal processes and ecosystems.
