This is a dish I’ve been making for ages and I can’t believe that it just dropped in my lap. I can’t get enough of it. I’m not that much of a pasta lover, but this is a favorite from time to time. I make it for my husband on his birthday and every time we make it I have a big bowl filled with it.

It is a great way to use up leftover pasta and sauce, or to use up your entire stock of pasta, sauce, and cheese. The secret is that you first make half a batch of garlic pasta sauce, then half of a batch of ricotta and then half of a batch of polenta. You put all of the sauce, cheese, and polenta into a large pot and cook it on medium-high heat for about an hour.

Now, as you can imagine, this isn’t the most efficient method. It is also the most time-consuming, so make sure you store the sauce, cheese, polenta and half of the pasta in the fridge. This is going to get really messy.

Not to mention that it is completely unhealthy for you, which is a good thing. I mean, if you are a health fanatic, you should probably just eat the whole lot of it. But the sauce is good and, at least in this story, not terribly unhealthy. The ricotta is a bit sweet, but it seems to be an acceptable substitution. The polenta seems to be a bit more watery, but still good anyway.

This is going to be a bit of a challenge. The polenta has to be served in its own separate bowl that is placed in a separate pan, which means you will need a couple extra utensils. Also, the sauce needs to be poured into the pan that contains the polenta. But also, we need to start using this new recipe in our recipes section.

It’s good stuff, but it’s probably not going to be something we do very often. That being said, we do plan to make it again occasionally, so that’s good. The ricotta is, however, going to be served alongside the polenta, which is good because the polenta is much better when it comes to texture. It has a much thicker consistency and much more “pasty” looking. I may try to create a new recipe for it at some point.

The polenta recipe is also a good source of protein, so I will make that again.

I actually think I will use my ricotta recipe a bit differently this time. I think I will be using one cup of ricotta instead of one cup of heavy cream. I will make two cups of ricotta and double the sugar. For the polenta I will add about 4% butter to the recipe.

I think I will make polenta again. I don’t know if I will use the ricotta recipe this time. If I do, I will double the recipe. The polenta recipe is definitely worth a try next time.
