The Vice Provost for Academic Affairs is responsible for overseeing program development, program review, academic student support initiatives, undergraduate studies, the Center for High Impact Practices, the Honor's College, the Center for Advising Administration and Academic Partnerships, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment, the School of Continuing Education, and the Center for Cybersecurity Education and Research.

The Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and Strategic Initiatives is responsible for overseeing the administration of faculty appointments; policies and procedures; orientation and mentoring programs for faculty, chairs, and deans; international programs; teaching awards and faculty recognition programs; and other strategic initiatives within the Division of Academic Affairs.

The Associate Vice President oversees the areas of budgeting, resource allocation, full time faculty and faculty professional position control, adjunct faculty and graduate student payroll administration, faculty appointment letters, workload analysis, review and approval of administrative agreements, and special project and management studies.


Associate Vice President for Regional Higher Education Centers

The Associate Vice President for the Regional Higher Education Centers provides leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the Regional Higher Education Centers (i.e., "91制片厂 Virginia Beach", "91制片厂 Peninsula" and "91制片厂 Tri-Cities") and partners with the School of Continuing Education to develop innovative, entrepreneurial, and strategic initiatives designed to proactively respond to workforce development and training needs in the region.
