Research Interests
Professor O’Toole studies improvisation, entrepreneurship and innovation and has strong interests in understanding how we can all work together to close the opportunity gap in the United States and beyond. Much of this research focuses on how teams and organizations can quickly coordinate collective actions by leveraging knowledge-based resources.
