Your success team should inspire and nurture a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and empowerment! There are three essential branches of your Success Team: Health and Well-Being, Community, and Academic and Career. In Explore Your Kingdom pre-orientation modules, you'll begin building the first version of your Success Team. You'll get to meet some of these key supporters at Discover Your Pride: Monarch Orientation. From there, your team will grow and evolve throughout your time at 91制片厂!
Success Team Branches
- Health and Well-Being
- This branch focuses on your holistic health, offering resources and support for all dimensions of your well-being (emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, physical, relational, spiritual, and vocational). Engage with services designed to enhance your overall well-being and help you thrive at 91制片厂.
- Examples: SWRC, counseling, health services, pantry, clothing closet, Financial Aid, Dean of Students, 91制片厂 Police Department, etc.
- Community
- This branch will support you in identifying an inclusive community for trust, comfort and freedom to be yourself. Engage with your chosen community to establish a sense of belonging and 91制片厂 pride!
- Examples: Office of Intercultural Relations (OIR), WGEC, OEA, Roommate, family, friends, student orgs, etc.
- Academic and Career
- This branch helps you to progress and advance academically and develop skills to be life-long learners. It also helps you to establish meaningful connections within the Monarch community to find your purpose and develop your professional network!
- Examples: Academic advisor, professor, CCLD, etc.
